AltaGrade referral program is for anyone who likes our services and wants to refer us.
Just refer us to someone and 30 days after your referral signs up with our services passing our 30-day money back guarantee period you will receive a "thank you" credit applied to your AltaGrade account. The amount of the "thank you" credit will be equal to the monthly cost of the Shared or Cloud hosting plans your referral signs up for. The fixed amount of "thank you" credit for Dedicated hosting plans is $249.99. You can use the credit to order new services with us or it will be automatically applied towards your next invoice with us.How do I service the end-users' tech-support needs as your reseller?
We provide Drupal, WordPress and Backdrop optimized hosting platform to you, continue to service your AltaGrade account and process your tickets just as our regular customer. However, you have to have your own ticketing and billing solution to service your end-users. If you are not able to resolve some of your end-users' technical issues, just elevate their requests to us and we will gladly help you.
Do you offer any reseller discounts?
You order your first AltaGrade server just as a regular customer and start reselling hosting services at any price you want to increase your revenue. When your first server becomes full and you need to expand further we will offer 15% discount on the cost of any AltaGrade Cloud or Dedicated server.
Can I receive cash instead of credit for referring new customers?
Our referral program is only for existing AltaGrade customers and is used to thank them for referring new customers to us by issuing credit that they can use towards their future payments.
I am not a AltaGrade customer. Can I still use your referral program?
If you are not our customer and still wish to bring us new customers, then please contact us and we will create an active AltaGrade account for you, so you can start accumulating credits to purchase our services some day in the future.
